Welcome. Online booking is available for new and returning clients. Please review the booking policies below before scheduling.

Booking Policies

Please read before scheduling.

Payment: Payment is due at the time of service. Accepted payment methods are presented at checkout.

Cancellations & Rescheduling: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed without notice may be subject to a $25 fee.

Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time. Appointments end at the scheduled time to respect other clients. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session or forfeited appointment.

Appointment Time: Your booked time includes setup and breakdown. Treatment time may be reduced if you arrive late.

Health & Safety: Appointments may be declined or stopped if safety, skin integrity, or treatment outcomes are compromised.

New Client Requirements

Required for first-time clients.

If you have questions, need accommodations, or are unsure whether electrolysis is right for you, please visit the Contact page on my website before booking.

New Client Intake: All first-time clients must complete the intake form before their appointment.

Hair Length: Hair must be grown out enough to be visible and treated. Do not shave, wax, tweeze, or use depilatory creams before your appointment.

Skin Preparation: Arrive with clean skin free of makeup, lotion, oils, or numbing agents unless discussed in advance.

Medical History: Please disclose relevant medical conditions, medications, hormonal conditions, or skin sensitivities that may affect treatment.

Consultations: If you are unsure which service to book or have complex concerns, a consultation is strongly recommended before scheduling treatment.

Treatment Expectations: Electrolysis is a process. Results require consistency, patience, and adherence to the recommended treatment plan.
