“I’ll start this review off by saying I’m SO glad I gave The Electrolysis Center of LV a call. The location is very calm and private. I remember feeling nervous about even calling, but I’m so glad I did. I’m having work done by Toni and she is amazing!

The consultation: During my initial consultation Toni thoroughly explained the phases of hair growth, different methods of electrolysis available for treatment, and what to expect throughout the process. She was also transparent about her sterilization methods, which is extremely important.

Treatment/atmosphere: Her space is very clean, organized, and spa-like, She’s receptive to feedback and makes it a point to listen to and address any questions or concerns you may have during treatment and/or related to aftercare.

I also appreciate that she takes time to ensure each hair follicle releases easily once it’s zapped. It’s my understanding that this indicates the hair follicle has been properly treated.

Current progress: I’m already seeing more space between the hair follicles in areas that were previously more dense. I also haven’t had any nasty scarring or blemishes afterwards.

Overall review: Toni is knowledgeable about her craft and different skin types. Most of all, she cares about your skin and creates a safe welcoming space for her clients.

“First, I want to say this entire experience can be scary. I have hirsutism on my chin and finally after 10 years of insecurity, I scheduled an initial appointment with Toni. When I arrived, the facility is so clean and Toni was so patient and nice. She is honestly an angel! After 3 sessions of the thermolysis method, I already see so much improvement.

Personally, I don't need numbing cream for my sessions because Toni is careful and really cares about helping people like me but I can completely understand if some folks do need it. The electrical current used to zap the hair follicles does slightly hurt but the good news is the zaps are very quick with this method and the more area you cover, the less time you'll need in the sessions over time. I'm very happy with my electrologist and I look forward to more sessions!”
