Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy: Why I Use It (and Why Loyal Clients Don’t Need to Worry)

As much as I love flexibility, my time is valuable — and so is yours. That’s why I have a cancellation and rescheduling policy in place.

Life happens. Illness, traffic, emergencies — I get it. But repeated last-minute cancellations can take away time I could have given to another client who’s waiting for an appointment. My policy is here to make sure everyone’s time is respected, including mine.

That said, I’m not here to punish my loyal clients. If you rarely cancel and something unavoidable comes up, I’m not going to enforce a fee. My policy is about protecting boundaries, not punishing good clients.

Having this in place means we can maintain fairness, respect, and balance. It also allows me to keep my schedule running smoothly so I can focus on what really matters: giving you the best care and results possible.
